Burger King takes 34 High Street, Walton-on-Thames

A private property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 1,655 sq ft retail property at 34 High Street, Walton-on-Thames in Surrey to Burger King UK.

The fast-food operator has taken the town centre property on a new 15-year lease.

Thomas Nurton of Curchod & Co said: “It is encouraging to see a high-profile brand, and a national occupier, add to the mix of tenants within the town. The letting will help boost footfall within the town that will benefit other occupiers and businesses.”

The ground floor retail unit benefits from rear access and two car parking spaces.

Burger King UK was represented in the transaction by Lunson Mitchenall.
