AMG Aspen, advised by Curchod & Co, has let the first floor of 7 Godalming Business Centre to Talent Intelligence Partners Limited – the first letting since the property investor acquired the investment of the development from Hermes.
The office suite at 7 Godalming Business Centre, located on Woolsack Way in Godalming, was taken on a new lease.
