GMS Estates Limited, represented by Curchod & Co, has secured a letting of 6 Grove Park in Alton to MTS Auto Repair Limited.

The 3,103 sq ft end terraced industrial property has been taken on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £21,721 (£7.00 per sq ft).
