Acting on behalf of Trenchard Aviation Limited, Curchod & Co are delighted to announce the sale of Units 1 & 2 Riverside, Omega Park, Alton to Clipstone Investment Management Limited.
Curchod & Co were instructed to provide advice on the potential for a subsidiary of Trenchard Aviation, Reheat International, to sell the freehold of their HQ in Alton, Hampshire and then take a leaseback.
Curchod & Co provided advice on the investment value and leaseback terms and were then appointed to market the opportunity to investors.
Following a comprehensive marketing campaign which resulted in a high level of enquiries Curchod & Co instigated a best bids situation which ultimately resulted in the sale of the property to Clipstone Investment Management at a net yield equivalent to 5.99%.
