Deal
Acting on behalf of Elateral Limited, Curchod & Co are very pleased to have completed a deal that facilitated Elateral’s exit from their lease and the simultaneous granting of a new lease to the office design specialist, FSL Interiors. FSL have taken a new 10 year lease on this 3,305 sq.ft. Grade A air conditioned office building located on the Millennium Centre in Farnham.
Nick Reeve, Partner at Curchod & Co commented it was great to be able to help Elateral exit their lease enabling them to save a considerable sum of money and to secure FSL who are a highly successful and long standing Farnham company.
We have also just instructed solicitors on a new letting of the First Floor of Building M3, Millennium Centre which means that we only have the second floor totalling 3,939 sq.ft. which is available immediately.
