Fonseca Fitness Pilates Studio leases refurbished Basingstoke office space

A local property developer, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 929 sq ft self-contained office at 81-83 Church Street, Basingstoke, to Fonseca Fitness Pilates Studio on a five-year lease at £18,000 per annum (£19.38 psf).

The Grade II listed Georgian building has undergone a full refurbishment, with upgrades including a new gas boiler, kitchen, and WC facilities. The ground-floor unit now provides a modern studio space in a prominent town centre location, close to Festival Place Shopping Centre.

Ed Rees, Graduate Surveyor at Curchod & Co, commented: “Having dealt with this project from the initial sale to our client, I am delighted to see the progress made in repurposing this outdated office building. The first and second floors have been developed into high-quality studio flats, which are now fully let, and the new lease to Fonseca Fitness Pilates Studio introduces another unique user to Basingstoke’s town centre.”
