Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a modern 3,618 sq ft warehouse property at Unit 4, Bear Court, Roentgen Road, on the Daneshill Industrial Estate in Basingstoke, Hampshire, to Future Street.
The warehouse, which features a 6.77-metre eaves height and fitted office space, has been let on a new five-year lease. Future Street, known for manufacturing and distributing public waste bins as part of the Bigbelly Smart Waste Management System, has taken the unit at an undisclosed rent.
Tom Clancy, Chartered Surveyor at Curchod & Co, commented: “This transaction means that Bear Court is now fully let, reflecting the strong demand for modern industrial units in the North Hampshire market. We are proud to have represented Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to secure this letting.”
Future Street was unrepresented in the transaction.
