My Fruit Ltd secures a 15-year lease at 20 Wote Street, Basingstoke

Curchod & Co, has advised L & C Investments Ltd on a new letting, at the retail premises at 20 Wote Street, Basingstoke, to My Fruit Ltd.

The grocery business has taken the 1,759 sq ft property on a new 15-year lease.

The property is situated in a prominent position within Wote Street in a position of high footfall, close to the Festival Place shopping centre.

Thomas Nurton, Associate Partner at Curchod & Co, said “The letting adds diversity to the mix of retailers and services in Basingstoke’s town centre and increases the variety of uses and retailers in Wote Street itself.”

“This transaction reflects the continued demand for well-located retail spaces in vibrant town centres like Basingstoke, especially those that offer proximity to major shopping destinations and footfall drivers,” he added.
