Curchod & Co facilitates a new lease for a prominent retail unit at 1 Ridgway Parade, Farnham

A private landlord, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a prominent retail unit located at 1 Ridgway Parade, Frensham Road, Farnham in Surrey, to ACJ Electrical Installations.

The 465 sq ft property, overlooking a busy crossroads, has been taken on a new lease and will serve as a showroom for the new tenant, promoting its electrical installations business, which specialises in services including loft conversions, office refurbishments, and electric vehicle charging installations.

Caeden Ellis, a trainee surveyor at Curchod & Co, commented: “This prominent retail property offers the perfect opportunity for ACJ Electrical Installations to expand its business presence and customer reach. The open-plan design and high visibility make it an ideal location for showcasing the firm’s products and services.”

Nick Reeve of Curchod & Co added: “Caeden’s handling of the lease at 1 Ridgway Parade marks his first transaction with us at Curchod & Co. This is a significant milestone not only for Caeden but also for our company, as we take great pride in nurturing the careers of young professionals, providing them with the opportunities and support needed to succeed in the competitive real estate sector.

“We look forward to seeing more of his achievements as he continues to develop his skills and expertise under our guidance,” he added.

The retail property is situated approximately one mile south of Farnham’s town centre and is part of a popular local shopping area.
