Logicor, advised by Curchod & Co, has successfully let four units at the Helix Business Park in Camberley, meaning that the scheme is fully let.
The recent transactions, which saw the letting of units 2, 8, 16, and 18, have pushed rental rates up from £20 to £24 per sq ft, and £26 per sq ft on the smallest of the units, demonstrating the strong market appetite for such properties.
