Curchod & Co, a leading commercial property consultancy, has secured a 26% rent increase and a ten-year lease extension property on a 7,460 sq ft warehouse/office building at 2 Riverwey Industrial Estate in Alton, Hampshire on behalf of its client, Clipstone Investment Management
The property, which is located on an established industrial/warehouse area on Newman Lane in Alton, is let to South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust for a term of 15 years from 2012 and Curchod & Co secured a 26% rent increase in the rent for the landlord and, as part of the negotiation, a ten-year lease extension.
