A private landlord, represented by Curchod & Co, has let a 591 sq ft retail property at 52 Hetherington Road, Charlton Village, Shepperton in Surrey to Dramatize CIC.
The shop has been taken by the charity that works with adults with learning disabilities, on a new of five-years lease at an annual rent of £8,750. There is a tenant only break at the end of the second year.
Gary Whitaker of Curchod & Co said: “The shop space had recently been refurbished to a high standard making it an attractive opportunity within a popular parade of local shops.”
Dramatize CIC was not represented in the transaction.
