A private landlord, represented by Curchod & Co, has let a 591 sq ft retail property at 52 Hetherington Road, Charlton Village, Shepperton in Surrey to Dramatize CIC.
The shop has been taken by the charity that works with adults with learning disabilities, on a new of five-years lease at an annual rent of £8,750. There is a tenant only break at the end of the second year.
