Woking & Sam Beare Hospices
Curchod & Co are proud supporters of Woking & Sam Beare Hospices which is a patient-led charity that delivers specialist palliative care to adult patients who have advanced, life-limiting conditions.
The Charity covers six boroughs in Surrey and care is provided within the hospice for day patients in the Bradbury Wellbeing Centre. The Charity also provides care in the community, in patient’s homes, care homes or nursing homes.
Curchod & Co have assisted Woking & Sam Beare Hospices with their existing portfolio of 17 retail units, warehousing and medical properties relating to lease renewals, rent reviews, valuations and building surveying, in addition to offering acquisition and disposal advice.
Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice
Curchod & Co are proud supporters of Phyllis Tuckwell, a hospice care service for adult patients and their families living with cancer or another terminal illness such as heart, lung or neurological disease. The Charity provides support across the whole of west Surrey and parts of north east Hampshire.
The Hospice has been providing support and end of life care for over 35 years serving 550,000 local residents at the Hospice in Farnham and at the Beacon Centre in Guildford.
Curchod & Co provide Phyllis Tuckwell with pro bono property consultancy on their existing portfolio of retail units and warehousing relating to lease renewals, rent reviews, valuations and building surveying.
Over the years, we have also organised charity golf days, fundraisers, supplied raffle prizes and in 2018 Curchod & Co Partner Nick Reeve ran the London Marathon on behalf of the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice raising £3,000 for this amazing cause.
Farnham Cricket Club
Curchod & Co are keen supporters of the Farnham Cricket Club. Every summer we play several games at Farnham CC against other local businesses and clients. The team has been running for over 30 years and if you are interested in joining us, let us know! We’re always looking for new blood!
Farnham Cricket Club is one of the oldest and most historic cricket clubs in England. Founded in 1782, the club was distinguished by being host to one of the very first fixtures for the famous Hambledon side back in the 18th century. Since those heady days, Farnham has survived to remain one of the best-known clubs in Surrey and boasts two former England players – Graham Thorpe and the superbly named Julius Caesar.

David Bowen
David, a former Chairman of the 100 Property Club, has worked as a specialist commercial property agent focused on the M3, M4 and A3 corridors since 1988, with much of his career spent at Vail Williams. He later became a director/owner of Wadham & Isherwood (Camberley/Farnham) before merging with Curchod & Co.
Based in the Camberley office, David specialises in business space agency and provides investment & development advice, primarily focused in Surrey, the Blackwater Valley/M3 and Hampshire markets.

Nick is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 20 years of experience working in commercial property consultancy, having started his career at Wadham & Isherwood, where he became a partner/owner of the firm, which merged with Curchod & Co in 2018. Piers is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience of advising on commercial property in the South East of England. Prior to joining Curchod & Co, Piers was a principal and Head of South East Offices at Avison Young, director and Head of Office Agency at Capita Plc and a national director at JLL. He began his career at King Sturge in 2000 and became a partner in 2008 before the merger with JLL.

Based in the Weybridge office, Jessica is a partner at Curchod & Co, having joined the firm in early 2014. She has worked in residential & commercial property management for over 12 years and is a qualified member of ARLA Propertymark and an Associate of the RICS.
Jessica leads our Commercial & AST Residential Property Management team and is currently responsible for a number of portfolios across the UK encompassing commercial, mixed-use, residential investment blocks let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies & Regulated Tenancies. Her wealth of knowledge and experience has been instrumental in the expansion of our property management department. Jessica specialises in mixed-use sites encompassing a range of Commercial tenants & Residential AST tenants with potential redevelopment opportunities.

Alexandra re-joined the Curchod & Co team as Head of Block Management in August 2022. With over seven years of experience in the block management industry Alex has worked with high-net worth clients managing a range of prime portfolios across Surrey and London.
Her experience includes dealing with listed buildings, complex tower blocks, and has an extensive knowledge of statutory compliance, legislative and RMC governance.
Alex is a Member of the IRPM and an Associate of the RICS, and brings a wealth of professional qualifications and experience to the Curchod & Co team.

A Chartered Surveyor, and RICS Registered Valuer, with over 15 years’ experience working in commercial property consultancy, Keith began his career at Dreweatt Neate in Andover, Hampshire and is a director in the Basingstoke office.

Sharen joined Curchod & Co in 2016 and leads the firm’s accounts team, where she is responsible for both client and business accounts.
With a broad, primarily property-based accounting background, Sharen has experience in both corporate and small business environments. Her extensive knowledge and experience in Service Charge accounts has been instrumental in the growth of the property management department.
In her free time, Sharen is an avid learner of Spanish and a regular gym-goer. She is also a dedicated supporter of the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and can often be found at the stadium for home games.

Victoria Powers
Having joined the team in 2009, Victoria is a Commercial & Residential Property Manager based at Curchod & Co’s Weybridge office and has over fourteen years of working in the property industry.
As an important member of the property management department, Victoria is responsible for a number of portfolios in the South East & London region, which include commercial, mixed-use and residential investment blocks let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies.
Victoria has played a significant part in the continued expansion and growth of Curchod & Co’s property management department.
As a senior AST and Commercial Property Manager. Victoria deals with commercial service charges and assists in the development of clients’ portfolios.
Notable achievements:
• Working for a private trust ensuring their large property portfolio is well maintained and successfully identifying rental increases for improvement on income.
• Successfully handled the day-to-day management of a large commercial property portfolio in the centre of Woking during the sale and ensured peaceful vacation of the building for redevelopment.
• Taking on the management of a small shopping complex during the height of the pandemic and implementing significant changes to the services to improve the overall running of the service charge account.
Outside of work Victoria is a keen runner, an avid theatre-goer and likes to travel.
Katie Hemblade
Katie qualified as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in October 2016 and as an RICS Registered Valuer in 2018. Katie joined Curchod and Co commercial property team in Weybridge and Woking at in 2014, having spent previous years working in the property industry in estate agency in Surrey.
Katie is a multi-disciplinary chartered surveyor within the commercial property team and is responsible for matters relating to commercial property professional work, primarily valuations for pension funds, asset management, taxation and accounting purposes, lease renewals and rent reviews, as well as advisory work including acquisitions and disposals for specific clients.

• Disposing of a portfolio of commercial and residential regulated tenancies freehold investment properties on behalf of a management client

Prior to joining Curchod & Co, Alex graduated with first-class honours in Property Development from the University of Portsmouth.
He is also a massive Arsenal fan and likes to attend a few matches every season.
Thomas Nurton
Tom Nurton is a Chartered Surveyor who is based in the Basingstoke Office. Tom has previous experience working in both the Woking and Weybridge offices at Curchod & Co.
Tom studied Property Development (an RICS accredited course) at the University of Portsmouth from 2015 and graduated in July 2019 with a First-Class Honours degree. During his university studies, Tom undertook a 14-month sandwich placement at Holloway Illife & Mitchell in Portsmouth from June 2017 to July 2018, where he worked within the Commercial Property industry dealing mainly with Commercial Agency, and also assisted with Property Management and Valuation tasks. Tom joined Curchod & Co in July 2019 and in November 2021, he passed his RICS APC interview and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
Tom’s job role is based with dealing with Commercial Property Agency matters, as well as dealing with Professional Work including: Commercial Property Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals.
A few examples of Tom’s work achievements include:
Dealing with the surrender of a lease to Santander and a simultaneous grant of a new lease to Pret A Manger at the retail premises known as Unit 2, 9-11 High Street, Weybridge.
- Dealing with multiple lettings of industrial and hi-tech 50/50 units at Boundary Business Centre, Woking equating to an approximate total size of 6,000 sq ft.
- Sale of 12 & 12A Dukes Ride, Crowthorne
- Completed Commercial Property Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews for multiple Landlords clients.
- Assisted the Commercial Management team where he gained experience within this department from June 2021 to May 2022.
Outside of work, Tom is a massive football fan who supports Arsenal FC and plays 5-a-side football on a weekly basis. Tom also enjoys running, and has completed three half marathons, as well as playing golf and enjoys spending time away down on the coast of England.
Alice Bellinetto
Alice joined Curchod and Co in 2022 as an Accounts Assistant, this is her first role in accountancy, where she is building upon the knowledge she has gained while studying for her AAT accounting qualifications.
Alice is currently studying toward AAT Level 4.
Away from work, Alice likes spending time cooking, baking and taking long walks with her friends.
Amanda Norton
Amanda has been a valuable member of our team at the Farnham office since 1995, serving as the office manager. She plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and the wider agency team.
Amanda’s responsibilities include managing the Curchod & Co website, preparing marketing materials, handling HR issues, accounting, and anti money laundering tasks, and performing various other office duties. In addition, she assists the management team with local industrial properties and office parks.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys gardening, walking, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Ana Lennard
Ana joined Curchod and Co in October 2024 as an Accounts Assistant. She has 15 years’ experience in Finance across several industries (AAT qualified).
Away from work, Ana likes photography, crafts, reading/watching biographies documentaries and gardening.’
Barbra-Ellen Cross
Barbra-Ellen (B-E) joined Curchod and Co in August 2024 as Operations Manager based in Weybridge. Her role includes reception and administration support for the Weybridge office as well as supporting all operational matters across the business.
B-E has extensive corporate experience within financial services including change management, complaint management, reporting and implementing transformation. She looks forward to assisting the business as it grows and transforms into the future.
Belinda Milnes
Belinda is a property administrator who supports the residential block managers and handles daily management tasks and inquiries.
Belinda has worked at Curchod & Co LLP for many years and has extensive experience and a diverse set of skills.
Charlotte OIiver
Charlotte joined Curchod & Co in 2021 as a part of the Commercial and Property Management team, contributing to the company’s growth.
She has extensive experience in customer service and problem-solving, having worked in Europe for several years and gaining a thorough understanding of overseas investment and property management.
Her specialty is managing large client portfolios that include a variety of AST Residential and Commercial sites throughout the Southeast and London regions, including Rent Regulated Tenancies. She has notable achievements in handling a large family portfolio, ensuring properties are improved and maintained to a high standard while retaining tenants during the process.
Charlotte is dedicated to improving her knowledge and skills within the property management industry to ensure exceptional service is provided. She previously worked in AST Residential Property Management, managing a team in the Kingston and Richmond Boroughs.
Charlotte is a member of ARLA and is currently pursuing her Assoc RICS qualification.
In her free time, Charlotte enjoys staying active, dining out, traveling, and theatre.
Cheryl Henry
Cheryl began working at Curchod & Co in January 2021 as a Residential Block Property Manager and brings over 10 years of experience in property management, including portfolio management for the British Heart Foundation.
She has played a crucial role in expanding the Residential Block Management Department, utilising her strong communication skills to effectively solve problems.
Cheryl is currently working towards her MIRPM qualification. Her specialty is developing positive relationships with clients and contractors to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service. Notable achievements include managing a large corporate client’s portfolio and successfully resolving new build issues promptly.
In her free time, Cheryl enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and walking her dog Buddy.
Claire Lamb
With over 12 years of experience in the property industry, Claire joined Curchod & Co in March 2019 as a member of the Residential Block Management Team, having previously held similar roles.
To further develop her skills and knowledge within the department, and in order to improve the service provided to our clients, Claire is currently studying for her IRPM qualification. Her responsibilities include providing administrative and property management support to the team and expanding the portfolio.
Ed Rees
Ed graduated from Northumbria University in 2019 with a BSc Hons in Real Estate, which is RICS accredited. During his studies, he covered a variety of topics including professional practice, planning and development, valuations, and investment.
At a young age, Ed moved to Singapore which sparked his interest in the scale of development and led him to pursue a career in the property industry. After graduation, he gained experience in residential agency in Farnham and completed a winter season working in the Austrian Alps.
In 2022, he joined Curchod & Co as a Graduate Surveyor in Basingstoke. He is currently expanding his knowledge and skills by working on lease renewals, rent reviews, valuations, and commercial agency. He is also enrolled in the commercial pathway towards completing his APC.
In his free time, Ed enjoys a variety of sports including skiing, football, squash, tennis, motorsport, golf, and rugby. Each year he also makes trips to Cardiff for the Six Nations and Autumn Internationals.
Harry Ford
Harry joined Curchod and Co in July 2024, taking on the role of graduate surveyor. He possesses an RICS accredited degree in Property Development having graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2022. During his degree he developed skills in property valuation, property management, planning procedures and landlord and tenant law.
He joins Curchod and Co having worked as a trainee surveyor / supervisor at a surfacing contractor. He is excited to build upon his skills in client relations and learn new skills in lease renewals, commercial property marketing and property measurement.
Having grown up on a farm in rural Buckinghamshire, Harry loves the outdoors and staying active, and frequently does so through running, playing football and exploring local areas on long walks. He additionally enjoys live music and often attends music events during the summer. Harry also has an interest in digital marketing and recently gained a TQUK Level 2 certificate in the field, and he hopes to put these skills to use in his role as graduate surveyor at Curchod and Co.
Heather Wickens
Heather joined Curchod & Co in 2023 as a part of the Commercial and Property Management team.
Having previously worked in AST Residential Property Management managing portfolios across Surrey and London, she has extensive experience in the property industry and strives to provide smooth operations and high-quality service with strong communication skills, developing positive relationships with clients and contractors.
Heather is ARLA qualified and is always working to improve her knowledge and skills within the property management industry to ensure exceptional service is provided.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to travel.
Helen Ashton
Helen joined Curchod & Co’s accounts team in 2018 having graduated with an Honours Degree in Finance and Accounting, quickly become a valued and very capable member.
Her experience and knowledge allows her to bring a modern approach to the accounting process.
Jessica Carpenter
I have over 20 years experience in the property management industry covering all aspects of block management, which includes everything from small Victorian conversion to large complex estates with extensive grounds and have spent the last two years managing a high net worth portfolio of high rise complex blocks in central London. I have worked with various types of clients including Resident Management Companies and large Freehold clients.
My experience includes statutory compliance and Health & Safety including the new Building Safety Act legislation. I am currently studying for my MIRPM (at least I am soon to commence this!) and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to Curchod & Co.
Outside of work I am a keen amateur chef and like to hold dinner parties for friends and family. I’m also a rugby mum to my 14 year old son and spend most of the winter by the side of a cold wet rugby pitch!
Joseph Smith
Joseph, a Graduate Surveyor, joined a commercial property agency based in the Woking office in September 2022.
He holds a BSc (Hons) Real Estate degree with Second-Class Honours, Upper Division from Oxford Brookes University (RICS Accredited) and is working towards obtaining RICS Chartered Status. He is gaining experience in leasing, letting, negotiation, measurement, inspections, landlord-tenant relationships and valuations.
In his free time, he enjoys going to the pub, playing golf, attending music events, and skiing.
Josie Reeves
Josie has over twenty years of experience of lettings and management within the Blackwater Valley’s commercial property market. Prior to joining Curchod & Co in 2021, she managed a portfolio of commercial properties for the Pears Group.
Josie’s extensive experience is of great benefit to her clients. Her in-depth knowledge of the local market and the occupiers based in the area has enabled her to build lasing working relationships within the business community.
She has a strong focus on the local office and industrial market, working closely with start-ups and SMEs which has helped achieve prompt lettings and in some cases no void periods for the client.
Due to Josie’s excellent relationship with her former employers and tenants in their buildings she continues to act on their behalf on a number of their properties.
In her free time, Josie loves to be outdoors, whether this is exploring the Basingstoke Canal in her Kayak, taking part in outside fitness classes or playing football with her children.
Kyran Copestick
Kyran Copestick, a Graduate Surveyor, joined Curchod & Co in July 2021 and is based in the Woking office.
He graduated that same month with a Second-Class Honours Upper Division degree in BSc (Hons) Real Estate (RICS Accredited) from Nottingham Trent University.
Kyran had previously gained experience of the property sector Having worked in the Affordable Housing Team at Jones Lang LaSalle in Birmingham during his sandwich year placement.
He is currently enrolled in the Commercial Pathway to complete his APC, gaining experience in various aspects of commercial property including Agency, Property Management, Professional Work, and Valuations and aims to acquire chartership as soon as possible.
Kyran specialises in the lettings market in Woking and Weybridge but also handles a wide range of roles across the profession to further bolster his knowledge and experience.
Notable recent achievements include:
- The letting of 818 sq ft of high-quality fitted office space at 53A High Street, Esher, to a firm that provides expert witness and industry advisory services within the energy industry.
- On behalf of Woking Borough Council, Kyran agreed deas ontwo light industrial units at Littlewicks at record rent levels.
- The letting of 790 sq ft of retail space in Woking town Centre with 4 Cleary court, 169 Church Street East on behalf of Woking Borough Council.
Outside of work, Kyran stays active by going to the gym and taking boxing & kickboxing classes at the local UFC gym. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new areas with friends and is likely to be in a different town or city on the weekends.
Mark Everett
A member of the British Institution of Facilities Management (BIFM), Mark is the firm’s Facilities Manager, based in the Basingstoke office.
Mark previously served in the British Army for 33 years within the Royal Engineers, where her was deployed in many roles around the world.
His military background provides him with a great advantage, when dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors in an enormously diverse role, where diplomacy, attention to detail and maintaining high standards in managed properties is essential.
Away from the workplace Mark has participated in numerous sports and is a very keen fitness training enthusiast, who can often be found in the gym. He also enjoys stand-up paddle boarding and hill walking. He is an avid Tottenham Hotspur FC supporter.
Matthew Munday
As a Trainee Surveyor based in the Farnham office, Matthew joined Curchod & Co in May 2021.
He brings prior experience from his roles at Handelsbanken in the compliance department and The Wilky group in the property department.
Matt is focused on obtaining his RICS qualifications and gaining the necessary skills and experience in the commercial property industry, including agency, valuation and property management.
Nathan Stevens
Nathan joined Curchod & Co in 2024 as part of the Commercial Property Management team in Basingstoke.
Nathan has been working most recently in AST Property Management covering the home counties, Nathan has a strong understanding of the needs of clients and customers alike, having previously worked in public sector housing as an income recovery officer alongside facilitating the effective management of a stock of rented garages, which saw Nathan keeping track of 100+ rent accounts whilst maximising income and effectively managing a schedule of maintenance.
Nathan prides himself on being a great communicator and ensuring that time is taken to fully engage with clients and peers alike to deliver the highest levels of customer service and communication, with an informative and approachable attitude.
In his free time, Nathan likes to discover new places while walking his dog and enjoys eating out and socialising with friends as often as possible.
Portia Anthonyraj
Portia joined Curchod & Co Team in 2024. With over a decade of experience in Banking and Accounting sectors, with added experience of two more years in Service Charge Accounting, I am looking forward to bringing a diverse skill set to the table.
Currently, I am dedicated to completing my professional qualifications by pursuing the CIMA certification.
Outside of work, I enjoy Zumba, Swimming, Cycling and Run occasionally. Also, a big fan of theatre. Love cooking and building LEGOS.
Susie Lee
Susie, who previously worked as a secretary at DHP Building Design Consultants, joined Curchod & Co in December 2019 as a secretary/administrator.
She provides support services to the building surveying, property management, valuation, and agency departments and her role has evolved into supporting the Commercial & AST Property Management Department as their Administrator.
In her free time, Susie enjoys spending time with friends and family, eating good food, and indulging in fine wine and spa days!
Tanya Banger
Tanya joined Curchod & Co in 2024 as a Senior Commercial Property Manager to further contribute to the growth of the Basingstoke Management team.
Tanya has worked in the property sector for over 10 years covering both Residential Block and Commercial Management. The majority of Tanya’s experience is working with prestigious clientele covering Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Soho commercial flagships with an emphasis on listed buildings with service charges over £1.9M threshold. Tanya’s key experience is supporting team members and identifying areas to achieve the best possible service for our clients as well as extensive experience in mobilisation of major projects to ensure a high level of service is provided for at all times.
In Tanya’s free time she is a real foodie, spending time with her dog & travelling.
Tom Clancy
Tom is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, having successfully completed his APC in 2022.
He received an undergraduate degree in Business and Management from the University of the West of England before starting his career at London Clancy as a Trainee Surveyor in 2016. While working, he also pursued a part-time Real Estate Management Masters course at the University of Portsmouth.
Tom specialises in the agency department and focuses on the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties in Basingstoke and the surrounding areas. He also has experience in professional work such as lease renewals, rent reviews, and valuations.
In his free time, Tom is an avid fan of Southampton FC and enjoys being active outdoors. He achieved a significant personal accomplishment by completing the London Marathon.
Ian Oswin
Ian is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer who began his professional journey in 1978. After qualifying in 1980 with Knight & Co, London, he worked with Property Trust and Beaumont Property Trust and their subsidiaries, handling investment, acquisition, and valuation. In 1981, he joined Curchod & Co and became an equity partner in 1987.
He has extensive experience in commercial property, specializing in sales and acquisitions, valuation, lease renewals, rent reviews, and providing advice on development and investment opportunities, primarily in Surrey and the surrounding areas. He is a former Chairman of the 100 Property Club.
Key clients include:
Dawnmill Properties Ltd, Royal London Asset Management, Thameswey Group, Wilky Group, Woking Borough Council, M J Gleeson, The Worshipful Company of Cordwainers, The Toms Group and a host of private overseas Trusts.
Notable success include:
- Negotiation of reverse premium from Thales of building and site in Chessington. Onward sale and development opportunity.
- Acquisition of office buildings – Orion Gate, New Central, 6 Church Street West and mixed use scheme Cleary Court on behalf of Woking Borough Council.
- Acquisition of Morris House in Commercial Way, Woking. Refurbishment and letting of 7,000 sq ft of retail and 5,500 sq ft of offices.
- Professional work – rent review and lease renewal of development of 16 office buildings in Brooklands Road, Weybridge, Booker Cash & Carry in Eastbourne and HSBC In High Street, Hounslow.
- Agency – sale of Waitrose in Weybridge to EBC on behalf of overseas Trustees.

Jim London
Jim has been based in Basingstoke since 1981 and was a founding partner of London Clancy, an agency specialising in development and investment sales & acquisitions.
More recently, in 2021, Jim and his long-term colleague, Mark Clancy, reached an agreement to sell London Clancy to Curchod & Co
Jim obtained a Diploma in Estate Management from Bristol Polytechnic in 1975. He later joined the Government’s Property Services Agency and became an ARICS in 1978.
Having worked in Reading and London, he joined Pearsons in 1981 where he became an associate in 1985. Pearsons was sold to the Prudential in 1987 and Jim became a Fellow of the RICS in 1989. A year later Jim participated in a management buyout from Prudential and, along with Mark Clancy, set up London Clancy in December 1990. The firm initially had offices in Guildford and Basingstoke, followed by Camberley, Southampton, and Winchester.
London Clancy became part of Curchod & Co in 2021.
Over the years, Jim’s notable successes include:
- The sale of 5 acres for Macmillan to Kier which became Logistics City in Basingstoke.
- Sale of 20 acres for housing in Odiham to Persimmon/Charles Church.
- Sale of 7 acres near Farnham to Taylor Wimpey.
- Sale of 11 acres for ITT to St Modwen – now St Modwen Park Basingstoke and the subsequent letting of 186,000 sq ft of warehousing/logistics plus two retail pods.
- Sale of site in Houndmills Basingstoke of about 11 acres redeveloped as GAME’s HQ.
Jim’s interests outside of work include his family, especially his three grown-up daughters, playing tennis, being a part of Rotary Club of Basingstoke, where he was the President in 1999/2000, and enjoying theatre.
Mark Clancy
Mark, one of the founding partners of London Clancy, has been a principal of the practice based at the Basingstoke office for over 32 years.
He began his career with the Valuation Office in South Wales and later joined the Estates Department of Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council in the early 1980s. He then moved to Pearsons in Basingstoke, where he specialized in Landlord & Tenant, valuation, and rating work. After Pearsons was acquired by Prudential Commercial, Mark was appointed as an Associated Director and was responsible for five regional offices.
He and his colleagues then carried out a Management Buy Out, leading to the formation of London Clancy.
In 2021, Mark and Jim London agreed a sale of London Clancy to Curchod & Co.
Over the past 40 years, Mark has gained extensive knowledge and experience of the commercial property market in Central Southern England, representing a wide range of clients, including institutions, local authorities, large corporates, and small private companies.
He has also acted nationwide for retained clients such as Linde, Macmillan, and Travelbag on rating, acquisition, and valuation matters.
Mark provides a “one-stop” consultancy service, working closely with clients and coordinating colleagues and external consultants as needed to provide strategic advice on maximizing property holdings. He is an RICS Registered Valuer.
In his free time, Mark enjoys walking, spinning, gardening, supporting Southampton FC, and listening to his vinyl record collection.
