Redwood (Light Industrial) Propco SARL, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 15 Farnborough Business Centre, Eelmoor Road in Farnborough, Hampshire to Platinum Fire Solutions.
The 1,175 sq ft industrial property has been taken on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £16,000 (£13.50 per sq ft).
