A private landlord, advised by Curchod & co, has let a 748 sq ft restaurant at 8 York Street, Twickenham, to Sidra.
The traditional Syrian and Lebanese restaurant operator has taken the property on a 15-year lease with five-yearly upward only rent reviews at an annual rent of £19,000.
Gary Whitaker of Curchod & co said: “Twickenham has a reputation for providing some of the most exciting cuisines in south-west London and, as a result, there is high demand for restaurant properties in the town, particularly those in a good, visible location.”
Sidra was not represented in the transaction.
