Redwood (Light Industrial) Propco SARL, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 1,217 sq ft of industrial accommodation at 2 Farnborough Business Centre, Eelmoor Road in Farnborough to The UK Careers Fair Limited.
The property has been taken on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £16,000 (£13.14 per sq ft).
Curchod & Co’s Matthew Seary said: “The UK Careers Fair organise and manage events all over the UK, which are well attended by hundreds of businesses and candidates. The logistics involved in this operation is such that the business required a modern and adaptable building which also provided excellent transport connections and accessibility and Farnborough Business Centre proved to be the perfect solution.”
