Omphalos Property Ltd, advised by Curchod & Co and Clare & Co, has let a 3,095 sq ft warehouse property at Unit 1 Camberley Business Centre, Bracebridge, Stanhope Road in Camberley, Surrey to ETA Logistics (UK) Ltd.
The logistics and freight services business has taken the modern warehouse property on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £51,068 (£16.50 psf).
