London & Cambridge Properties, advised by Curchod & Co, has let an 8,274 sq ft warehouse property at 24 Mill Lane in Alton, Hampshire to Elstead Lighting.
The manufacturer and distributor of lighting products has taken the modern warehouse property, on a new five-year lease.
Nick Reeve, Partner of Curchod & Co LLP, said: “Following on from the letting last month of 25 Mill Lane, the neighbouring 16,778 sq ft warehouse property that was let to GK Signs, the estate is now 100% full, and is a testament to the high-quality refurbishment carried out by the landlord and the demand from occupiers for industrial and distribution accommodation across the market in central southern England.”
Elstead Lighting was unrepresented in the transaction.
